Pattern Math Journal Activities

Here are the math journal activities that I have created for our unit on patterns. In this pack, there are activities to create a pattern, extend a pattern, label and name the pattern, and explain your thinking about a pattern.

This is one of the activities that the wtudents will add to their journal during our unit on Patterns.  The students will cut and glue it into their journal and color the apples to match the pattern type.  (ABB-red, green, green...) This pack includes 5 activities since we only spend about 7 days on this unit.
