Positive Notes

Every Friday I like to give positive notes to students in my classroom who have had a great week.  Maybe they were especially kind to others, or are always a great friend and makes others feel included.  Maybe they did a great job reading with me or finally understood a concept that I have been teaching that they have been working hard at.  Whatever the case, my students LOVE getting a not on Friday to take home and share with their family.  I was buying blank note cards all the time and so I finally decided to just make my own to send home with my students.

I stick the notes in my students mail boxes so that not everyone knows.  I also decorate it with stickers and their name so they know it is a positive note.
